Liz Stephen skied away from Morgan Arritola in the second half of the 30Km, and Ivan Babikov left Factory Team-mate Andrei Golovko in the final 10Km to repeat as victors in the USSA National Distance Championship/ SuperTour 30K and 50K races, respectively. |

Saturday Team Captains' Meeting Location Changed |

The location of Saturday's 4:00PM Team Captains' Meeting has changed. Rather than being in the Birch Hill Cross Country Ski Center as was Thursday's meeting, we will meet in the basement of the timing building at the same time. On Saturday the Nordic Ski Club will be holding the annual Ski For Women at 3:00PM, and they will be using the Assembly Room in the Ski Center for post-race festivities. |

Apparently using the Sonot Kkaazoot for a warmup, Norwegian rockets Sigrid Aas and Petter Eliassen reproduced their Saturday victories in Tuesday evening's Tour of the Golden Heart Spring Series opener. |

Liz Stephen skied the fastest time for each of the four laps of the women's race, and Ivan Babikov was almost as dominant in winning the men's USSA National Distance Championships Skiathlon on Friday at Birch Hill.
